Ten Dog Development, Inc. is proud to offer extensive support services to maintain and/or restore PETRAX's operation. As pet sitters, we wholeheartedly appreciate the necessity of being able to access PETRAX and its database at all times and will assist you in doing so as quickly as possible. As we share the same erratic pet sitting schedule and outside fulltime jobs in computers, the easisest way to seek technical support is by email. We make every effort to respond within 24 hours and email technical support is unlimited and free of charge to all PETRAX users.
Over the years, we have been able to assist some of you with non-PETRAX computer difficulties relating to email and operating systems as well as reformatting and user settings that have rendered PETRAX inoperable. However, as the number of users grows, these timely requests, usually by phone, compete with development resources, personal demands, and limit our availability to subscribers. As many software companies have done, we have instituted a fee schedule for non-subscriber and non-software-specific telephone calls but have made every attempt to keep rates affordable.
If you require telephone technical support, leave a message at the TDD Office at 615/952-5052. Howard will retrieve this at his first convenience, usually within 24 hours, and return the call to get a recounting of the difficulty. He will then relay whether this is a PETRAX specific issue, or a non-PETRAX operating situation, the corresponding charges and retrieve a credit card number for billing purposes. Charges will be confirmed at the conclusion of your call.
