Ten Dog Development, Inc. offers a subscription maintenance program in an effort to simplify PETRAX upgrades and support. It is available in one year terms at a cost of $79 and is available only to users of the current PETRAX release. Your first year is included at no charge with your purchase of PETRAX.
Our Maintenance Program Includes:
- Free, unlimited technical support for software-specific difficulties.
- Reduced support rates for concerns not PETRAX-generated.
- Updates and upgrades to PETRAX at no additional cost. You'll have the latest and greatest PETRAX!
- Avoiding the hassle and expense of re-enrollment and upgrading your version of PETRAX.
Should you wish to allow your enrollment in our maintenance program to lapse, please be advised you will not receive future versions of PETRAX automatically. Future releases, not more than 2 major releases ahead, may be purchased at 50% off retail. For example, 3.2 users may purchase up to and including 5.2 at an upgrade price of 50% of retail. If you wish to re-enroll in the maintenance program after allowing your membership to lapse you will be asked to pay the $79 yearly fee + a $19 reinstatement fee + purchase the current version of PETRAX at the uprade rate of 50% of retail.
