Company Information

Client and Pet Information

Services

  • Create an unlimited number services and products to offer your clients and assign a rate for each service. Optionally, create a repeat pattern for regular clients.
  • Specify whether each service should appear on the schedule, be subject to sales tax, and/or whether the assigned representative should be compensated.
  • Assign an abbreviation to appear on the schedule for each service.

Representatives

  • Complete “Employee” file: name, address, phone numbers, birthdates, hire/fire/contract renewal dates, notes fields, SSN and emergency information.
  • Select whether compensation is fixed rate like salary or dependent upon the type and amount of work performed.
  • For each representative, assign a flat rate or percentage to be paid for each service the company offers. (for example, pay 40% of standard visits, 100% of holiday charges, and $10.00 for veterinary transportation).
  • Override sitter compensation by offering bonus percentages and/or flat amount increases for individual clients.
  • Payable reports created detailing sitter compensation per service per order per client.
  • Create and print a work order for each reservation which includes complete contact, client, pet and reservation information. This is everything you and your sitters need to know to service a client, their home and pets.

Scheduling

  • Create a default schedule for each client associating services to be rendered in a standard day, with an amount for each service, with a representative to perform each service and a time frame (early, am, noon, pm, late, once) to complete each service.
  • Easily enter a sitting reservation by entering start and end dates. PETRAX then automatically assigns all the above information for each day included. Entering a reservation is so quick it can be done while you’re on the phone with the client!
  • View and print the calendar by representative and day, week or month.
  • Calendar includes the client’s name, service abbreviations, sitter and first and last visit notations.
    Email sitters schedules and workorders or export to Outlook for PDAs.

Bookkeeping

  • Create invoices, track payments and A/R details.
  • Easily post payments and adjustments to reflect coupons, discounts, late fees, surcharges, or credits.
  • Checkbook ledger to enter deposits and withdrawls and categorize each transaction.
