Support and Maintenance
This fee is, as the name implies, made up of two fees: one of support and one for maintenance.
If current, you are entitled to unlimited email support for Petrax Software. 
Our goal is to provide a response and/or resolution within 24 hours, and resolve most issues,
within 3 days at the latest.
In addition, while support is email based, we will set up calls and employ remote tools if
the situation calls for it.
The maintenance portion allows the user rights to any and all upgrades to Petrax.
We have set a service level agreement of at minimum two software releases per year.
If this goal is not met, all customers who are current on their maintenance
will receive discounts on the renewal fee for the following year.
Fees
PETRAX Catch-Up Maintenance
To remain current on your maintenance and support for Petrax, you need to purchase support each year.
If support lapses, you are no longer eligible for support or for free upgrades to PETRAX.
However, we do offer a "catch-up" program for support that has lapsed, and is outlined as follows:
- Yearly Support $129
- Up to 6 months late $200
- Up to 12 months late $260
- Up to 18 months late $325
- Up to 24 months late $400
- After 24 months - purchase price of PETRAX
Please contact customer support to arrange for
late payment BEFORE paying for support if you have lapsed support.
We regret we cannot issue refunds for support purchased in error.
