Ten Dog Development, Inc. began as the collaboration of two pet sitters, two husbands (one, a gifted computer programmer) and the ten dogs we shared our homes with. We know how fulfilling owning your business and caring for pets is and we understand how time-consuming office work can be. We appreciate an efficient, professional way of doing things that saves time and minimizes errors. From our experiences, frustrations and needs we crafted a vision of workflow-driven, complete and easy to use, affordable software. We formed a corporation and got to work. PETRAX: A Pet Sitter's Companion is our vision all grown up. We like to say its software for pet sitters, by pet sitters.

Since 2002 we've grown with the addition of three children and another programmer. Tiffany (customerservice@tendogdevelopment.com) runs our business office including shipping and billing. Leslie (support@tendogdevelopment.com) is a pet sitting service owner and is our technical support contact. Howard and Grant are the brilliant programmers making our vision a reality.

In keeping true to our roots, we want our users to feel they are part of the design process. For three years, we have devoted hundreds of hours 'hitting the pavement', talking to pet sitters and compiling wish lists. This input has been invaluable in the making of PETRAX and continues to give birth to many of the new features continually being added to PETRAX. We look forward to your review of PETRAX!
